FEES FOR SERVICES
1. Minimum service charge per workstation to which extent the messaging listed in paragraph 3. are free: HUF 36,000.-
In case of more than one workstation the minimum service charge and the message fees shall be added up. The charge to be paid by the next message amount category will always be compared to the amount to be paid by the actual traffic and the smaller amount will be invoiced (similar to the air cargo rating rules). In case of part-month usage, also the full monthly fee will be charged.
2. One unique SITA address (regardless to if it is user requested or given from list) fee monthly: HUF 0.- as it is covered by the minimum service charge. Additional SITA addresses may be requested for each workstation for a monthly fee of HUF 4,500.-In case of more than one workstation the minimum service charge and the message fees shall be added up. The charge to be paid by the next message amount category will always be compared to the amount to be paid by the actual traffic and the smaller amount will be invoiced (similar to the air cargo rating rules). In case of part-month usage, also the full monthly fee will be charged.
3.1. Free text Message (TXT)

from 51 to 100 HUF 90.- per addressee
from 101 and above HUF 72.- per addressee
4. Additional services not covered by the minimum service charge per month and will be shown as additional items on the invoice.
4.1. Mobile phone SMS sending to any Hungarian mobile network: HUF 14.- for each message.
5. Site visit, installation and one hour compulsory training from 0900 till 1700 on working days HUF 19,000.-
6. Charge for training or consultation on request by the user above the one hour compulsory training, from 0900 till 1700 on working days:
Site visit per case within the borders of Budapest: HUF 12,000.-
Site visit per case within Hungary outside the borders of Budapest: HUF 12,000.- + from the borders of Budapest HUF 150.- per kms, calculated only on way to the site. Working man hour rate per each started 30 minutes: HUF 2,900.-
7. The fees and charges shall be paid in full within fifteen (8) days by invoice, by bank transfer, in Hungarian Forints. In case of late payment, the interest rate on the delayed days is equvivalent to a yearly 20% interest rate.
8. The fees and charges shown above are without VAT and/or any other official taxes, concessional fees. Such additional costs will be added to the invoice amount if applicable.
9. In case of a workstation installation order, CCS will prepare for the installation and contact the User within 30 days to agree in the date and time of the site visit to install the workstation.

11. Conditions provided by CCS
11.1. Unique identifier address, not suitable to send and receive SITA teletype messages.
11.2. A software installed on the User's workstation.
12. If the annexes don't regulate otherwise, the User will transmit data using CCS Hungary AWB software, via the Internet.
13. Conditions provided by the User
13.1. Suitable PC workstation to run CCS Hungary AWB software.
13.2. Any 32 bit operating system listed on www.ccs.hu.
13.3. Internet connection suitabe for data communications.
13.4. CCS will notify the User that everything is prepared for installation. The User within 5 working days will suggest a date on a working day and a time between 0900 and 1500 hours for the site visit when the local systems manager will be there (to make the necessary user rights, internet settings etc. and attend on the systems manager training), and all the key users will be there to attend on the user training.
13.5. If any of the above conditions are not provided and/or the systems manager and/or the user is not available at the agreed date and time, and an other site visit is necessary, the additional costs will be charged at the rates of paragraph 5. and 6.
14. Any request to change the number of workstations, locations (order or termination), similar to the form of terminating the contract, must be made in written form.
15. If a User has more than one workstation, and wish to terminate the usage of one or more, but not all the workstations, CCS from the receipt of written notice within 30 days should make tghe necessary actions. Workstation charges must be paid for that termination period too, as stated in paragraph 1. In case of part-month usage, also the full monthly fee will be charged.
16. The term of this Annex shall commence on the date written in it and terminates all contracts or aggreements in the same subject between the parties.
